An ongoing web project with New South Wales Lotteries
- maintain existing site developed over 5+ years with several different design and web development firms producing parts at different stages.
- transition site to a cms in stages, with new sections (like PlayersClub) going live while the existing site transition is still in the planning stage.
- work with outside graphic designers and flash developers (Sharp Sushi in Melbourne)
- manage multiple websites for specific products, promotions, or functions.
- work with outside technical partners to allow the PlayersClub members to play online via Ozlotteries.
- monitor server(s) and manage load and capacity on high traffic times like major high value draws.
LJ Stuart
- an online shop for a large range of new and second hand commercial kitchen equipment
- trained LJ Stuart staff in use of cms/shop, who went on to enter 1000+ products
- online sales grew so fast the business had to relocate to a larger warehouse within 12 months
Westpac PrivateBank

A niche website for high-personal-wealth Westpac customers
- worked with outside graphic and user interface design firms, as well as internal Westpac stakeholders and corporate policy requirements
- dealt with (outsourced) IT infrastructure team and complied with or negotiated exemptions from corporate policies where appriopriate.
- developed custom extensions to the cms to fulfil the designers visions
Australian Institute Of Cardiovascular CT
- accepts bookings and payments for professional training for cardiologists
- has some strict criteria to comply with to attain accreditation from the medical professional body
- also needed to meet Westpac/SecurePay's payment gateway and internet merchant requirements (it does online transactions of at least $3,300 per transaction)
- manages the number of attendees per course, and offers waiting lists for fully subscribed courses
- has a login protected members area where course participants can download course material
PopInk
- integrated online shop with loyalty scheme redemption including part payments
- trained staff in use of CMS and in basic day-to-day user experience and SEO principles
- provide ongoing support and training

- managed redirection of existing page urls to preserve search engine rankings and existing bookmarks and inbound links
- shop uses "step children" relationships extensively to allow one product to sit in several different industry categories
BT Investment Management
- originally a "rush job" 10 day site build which has been expanded over time
- has extensive analytics running including tagging of external links to videos and podcasts hosted offsite
- Mightymedia provides monthly reporting on stats and trends, with analysis of the effect of mailouts, media coverage, industry events, etc
